Le Plat du Jour on your home screen

Le Plat du Jour is already installed on this device. To bring its icon back:

Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with an upward arrow).
Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
Tap “Add”: the Le Plat du Jour icon appears on your screen.

Open the browser menu (the three dots ⋮ at the top right).
Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.

Click the install icon on the right of the address bar (a screen with an arrow).
Otherwise: menu ⋮ at the top right, “Cast, save and share”, then “Install page as app”.

Click the “App available” icon on the right of the address bar.
Otherwise: menu … at the top right, “Apps”, then “Install this site as an app”.

In the “File” menu, choose “Add to Dock”.

Firefox can’t install websites. Bookmark the page, or open Le Plat du Jour in Chrome, Edge or Safari to install it.

Press and hold Le Plat du Jour and drag it onto the Home screen.

Right-click Le Plat du Jour, then “Create shortcuts…”.
Tick “Desktop” and confirm. The app is also in the Start menu.

Copy the address below and paste it into Edge’s address bar.
Click the “…” next to Le Plat du Jour.
Choose “Pin to desktop” (or “Create desktop shortcut”). The app is also in the Start menu.

Le Plat du Jour is in your Mac’s Applications folder: drag it to the Dock.

Deleting the icon doesn’t uninstall the app: it is still there.
